We conduct investigations at all levels of educational institutions, including K-12 districts, community college districts, colleges and universities. Shannon also serves as a Title IX investigator. We provide well-reasoned investigative reports to enable administrators to make informed decisions in response to student complaints.
Shannon holds certifications from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and T9 Mastered, and is trained in trauma-informed forensic interviewing techniques. Shannon has experience investigating Title IX sexual misconduct claims involving issues of incapacity and the inability to consent. She has also investigated allegations against university faculty and has experience conducting investigations concurrently with law enforcement when the allegations involve criminal implications.
